Your information
Privacy policy
I respect the privacy of everyone who visits my website or gets in touch with me. This notice explains how I handle website enquiries.
Contacting me
I am Harvey Henley and I practise as HarveyHCounselling at 7A Catherine Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2DF. You can contact me about your information at [email protected] or on 07760 792049.
Information you choose to send
When you email me, I receive your email address and the information you include. If you use my enquiry form, this may include your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. I use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we might work together.
The “Send email” button prepares a message in your own email application. I receive it only when you send it from that application. I do not send form entries to a website database or save them in browser storage.
I receive email through my Proton Mail account. Your email provider also handles the message you send, under its own privacy terms.
Keeping enquiry correspondence
If we do not begin counselling together, I keep your enquiry correspondence only until your enquiry has been resolved, unless you ask me to retain it. You can contact me to discuss any information I hold about you.
Visiting my website
I use Cloudflare Pages to host my website. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and information about requests made by your browser. You can read more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
I do not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics on this website. I provide links to maps and professional profiles rather than embedding those services. If you follow an external link, the privacy policy of that service applies.
I use a browser preference to remember when you have acknowledged my cookie notice. You can find the details in my cookie policy.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask me for a copy of your personal information, ask for an error to be corrected, or ask for information to be deleted or its use restricted. You may also have a right to receive your information in a portable format. These rights are subject to the applicable data protection rules.
You may also have the right to object to how I use your personal information. If I rely on your consent for a particular use, you can withdraw that consent.
Please email me if you would like to make a request or raise a concern. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
